Family Newborn Photoshoot in Fulham

I had such a lovely time capturing this beautiful family in their home. They have welcomed home their newborn son three weeks prior and asked me to capture some memories for them.

Newborn photoshoots are dreamy, add in a toddler and it’s so much fun! I like to make sure the older sibling gets a lot of attention, they are adjusting to a lot. Getting them on board, engaged and happy is key to making the session a success. How do I do this? Prior to our session I am sending out a questionnaire asking you to describe your family and your little ones favourite activities etc. This information is extremely valuable as it allows me to get your little one excited from the start by hitting all the right notes!

If you are worried that your toddler wouldn’t “play ball”, please be rest assured that I have two little boys myself and know what it’s like. Don’t let the fear of a “misbehaving child” be the reason you don’t get pictures taken. I want you and your kids to enjoy the session and have fun. A benefit of having the session in your home is that you and your children will naturally feel more relaxed, which really shows in the pictures.
