That’s Amore - A Family Photoshoot in Streatham
“When the moon hits your eye like a big pizza pie, that’s amore…..” Whenever I think of pizza this song comes to my mind and makes me instantly happy. So when I had a family photoshoot in Streatham including a pizza making activity I was in heaven!
We started out this baby & toddler photo session with a few family pictures by the sofa. This really just allows me to get to know everyone a little bit more. For the toddler to show me all their toys and warm up. After about 15 min we went straight to the activity - pizza making! It’s a great activity for a family photoshoot, and here’s why:
it can be easily prepped i.e. have your toppings in nice bowls, have your base ready etc.
it’s not too messy and doesn’t take too long either (toddlers don’t necessarily have the of longest attention spans)
you don’t need to position yourself by a fixed appliance, and can really find the best lit spot in your kitchen or even dining room
your lunch/dinner is all made for you and your hungry toddler to dig into after the photoshoot. I count that as a win-win!
